RTX Assets in Portal 2 Maps

I Have Seen Some Portal 2 Workshop Maps That Use Portal With RTX Assets and i'm just curious to how map-makers get NVIDIA's portal with RTX's models and textures. as Portal with rtx's assets aren't .mdl files

Look in this folder: rtx-remix\mods\gameReadyAssets
I am not an expert on how RTX Remix works, but all the reskins are in here in the pkg files and the skinned+subUSD folders.
