need's help
i am attempting to make the C.I.S from star wars mod for cortex command i already have chosen the craft, weapons, explosives, tools, and actors but im not a good spriter or coder so i could use some tips since this is kinda my first time doing this so be nice



the actors i was planning on making for this faction are
B1 Battle Droids (With their variations Assualt, Assassin, and Engineer)
B2 Super Battle Droids
B3 Ultra Battle Droids
Droidekas (correct me if im wrong on the pronounciations)

Start with a reskin one of the base factions and break off from there. You could start off from the techion or the imperatus (Since they're robot factions already and have close enough guns), change how the actor parts look until its close enough (this is called reskinning), and modify the code so the names and gun stats match.

Just make sure whatever faction you're reskinning you don't modify directly. Copy its .rte to somewhere, rename it, and change the code so instead of referring to stuff in the Imperatus.rte file it refers to yourmod.rte
