Converting a CoH1 map to CoH3?
With CoH2, I was able to somewhat trivially import a CoH1 map, replace a few broken assets, fix up some gameplay entities, and I was good to go. After firing up CoH3's "Essence Editor" today, however, I'm worried it won't be so easy a process.

Is there any way to import maps from CoH1 to CoH3?

Nope. I'm trying to port over red ball express. painful.

Yea it seems like the most you can directly port over is the heightmaps. At least that's my strategy now. One window open for world builder COH1, and one window open for COH3 editor, and... just deal with it. :(
