If you ever get to the point where you want to sell the game commercially, you then have the option of getting in contact with the author of the piece to work out an arrangement.
This is just how I personally gather music. There are tons of sites out there providing music for non-commercial and commercial use.
(I put a space in there due to the Steam forums having the site having a leftover censor from back in the day where the site was riddled with inappropriate ads. The site is good to go.)
