1.3 did something, made bandits tanky AF even with crap armor, legit harder than story bosses. They can also shred your health through your armor even though their weapons are also crap


is it possible to revert them back to their 1.2 selves? i like them being faster and more aggressive but being able to eat multiple headshots and combos while poisoned is super lame and unsatisfying to fight.
