I suppose you are using the latest version, thus Bannerlord v.1.2.12
As such, when in Workshop, click the v1.2.12 check box at the right.
Those are the mods that will work (mostly 100%) with current Game version.
However, older mod versions for Game v.1.2.10 and V.1.2.11 can also work.
Is a trial and error situation
Mods work and just go on and see what you like.
There are extensive videos on YT about Bannerlord mods and "how to"
In my case I use even much older mod version such as Swadian Armoury..

Once you use mods such Realm of Thrones, Europe Crusader or Old Realms, that have more than 20 Gb, then your game experience will hit the sky so to speak.
Have fun & God Bless !
Hm. But also harmony and stuff are essential to many mods. They seem to also have a red !
Now I have almost 1000 hours on-line and maybe another 1000 off-line, playing only modded Bannerlord.
For instance:

180 668 people are using that mod alone,
I am one of them.
Also there are millions of Bannerlord subscriptions to mods thus yeah; they work !
...
Use mods as recommended in descriptions and there will be no problems using them.
Try it and see how it goes.
