I play this game currently with Czech voice audio with English subtitles for immersion. The only thing is the Czech words for towns like Kuttenberg are different. They say something like Kutná Hora instead. Same with names of people, they call Henry Jindřich in Czech.

Is it possible that someone can mod those specific subtitles of town names and people names (and perhaps more?) into their original language and keep the rest in English? Or perhaps the developers of the game themselves?
