I've been having a blast with all debuffs enabled except for bashful so I could still ask for directions... But I wish I could tweak the values of each debuff to make them at least twice as hard. If anyone could make a mod significantly increasing the difficulty of each one I'd be extremely grateful. This is the most fun I've had in the game so far but each debuff feels just a little too easy to be considered "Hardcore" imo.
