at least the crashes are more gentle now... with fewer ground item / vehicle / corpse deletion. So that's good.
On game start crash with in-game message is usually spawn point issue. Which can also be a profession issue since spawn points can be profession specific.
On game start crash without in-game message is usually recipe issue. which is result of missing item called by recipe... B41 didn't care about that, but B42 is bit of a recipe nazi.
^ if its the later, you can find the missing item by :
- opening console log
- from the bottom, search 'stack trace'
- and the second instance going upwards will contain the specific item the game could not find... unless of course there are more errors un-related to recipe hard crash.
