How flashlight mod work

I subscribed a flashlight mod but nothing changed. How can i let my vision become brighter

If you want to make the overall game brighter then enter full screen and tinker with it there. If you want a stronger/better flashlight then search "tactical flashlight" or "LED flashlight" as these are the best for enhanced visibility without ruining darker areas or night maps.
