You can explore the workshop as there are many that have gibbing effects. One particular mod I like is the "crowning gib" when the witches head blows off after hitting a headshot. (you need to do the "crowning" tactic as normal headshots will just annoy the witch)

The method is probably similar to that witch's crowning gib. The only problem is probably whether there's a modder willing to spend time to edit the gibbed models of each special infected, as that would sure take much longer time than the making process of that witch mod (imagine editing 5 more gib models, as boomer already has gibbed model). You might need to open a commission instead, because unless some modders have more free time or decide to make it themselves, they will more likely refuse to make it unless they get paid for the time they'll spend on making each model & the vscripts.

Thanks for giving information. Still, this looks impossible for me since i can't give money because i'm not allowed. I hope a non-lazy modder see this and do. I don't know :/
