Had the same issue, kept switching game versions and verifying the integrity of my files as well as unsubbing and resubbing to the mod until it showed up in my modlist

Having the same issue as well, have tried multiple fixes such are resubscribing, restarting steam etc

I have found a fix! Go find your dwarf fortress mod content file in your Steam folder and copy paste them all into your installed mod folder in Dwarf Fortress! It then pops them all up! The mods can be found in "SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content" in whatever drive your steam library is found in. You can find the dwarf fortress mod folder if you recently reinstalled all the mods as they're the most recently modified. Then take that to the DF data/installedmods

IF the above tipp doesn't help, put the mods into the "mods" folder in the df root. did some troubleshooting yesterday and that was the only way for the mods to properly function
