First of all, major overhaul mods should always be placed at the bottom of your playset. CK3 loads mods from bottom to top, meaning the mods at the bottom are loaded first. Many people mistakenly place them at the top, but in reality, they need to be last so that everything else can load on top of them without overriding core changes.
As for the load order, it’s always a good idea to test it out and make adjustments if needed. I would recommend this order, but don’t take it as a fixed setup—if something seems off, just move the mods around while keeping the main rule in mind: major overhauls should always be at the bottom.
Suggested Load Order:
MHG + AOE
MHG + COW3
MHG + CFP
MHG + EPE
CFP + EPE
RICE + EPE
MHG + RICE + EPE
Cities of Wonder 3 (COW3)
More Holding Graphics (MHG)
Architect of Estates: Estates Building (AOE)
Ethnicities and Portraits Expanded (EPE)
Community Flavor Pack (CFP)
Regional Immersion and Cultural Enrichment (RICE)
