My bots that have a Tidy Up order just stand still if there are items in the ballast that need tidying away, there's no hint that they can't get there (they're fine going down there if there's a leak or pump to repair), there are containers for those item types, as far as I can tell it's all set up as a normal ballast (the sub works fine otherwise). Waypoints all look fine. Any ideas?

It's frustrating as normally this wouldn't be a problem but sometimes items do end up in the ballast (it's a cargo area for one thing, with crate racks and a cargo spawn point). They also won't tidy up from the aft section down under the engine.

Another final weird thing, the bots will randomly dump loose ammo and diving suits in the forward section, I have no idea why. There are no spawn points down there.
