Any mods that let you deactivate a slave/pawns cybernetics?
Say I get really tired of my slaves trying to break out from my sweatshop. Is there a mod that will let me replace their legs with cybernetic ones and the second they try to bail, I can cut the power to them and they are forced to crawl from my enforcers?

I think EMP grenades on bionic legs regularly do that for a decent bit of time, or at least I know they make them throw up if they have a nuclear stomach.

Then there's this I just found, you can check if it still works in 1.6.

I'll consider that then, I was hoping that there would just be a mod that gives an ability to remotely deactivate their legs when they try to run

I think I've seen remote bomb implants or something. I can't attest to the quality of anything, because I've never used any such thing.
I've confirmed that most brain implants will make a pawn go down if you EMP them.
