Help with Gamestart mod making

Has anyone got a clue or a guide having to do with modding gamestarts? How hard could it be to create a new gamestart, right? Hoping that might give me an idea how to create other simple mods.

libraries\gamestarts.xml is what you're after IIRC. Some gamestarts come with scripts, those are in MD\ in general, MD\setup_gamestarts.xml being the more obvious one.
