Player Model Update Information - 5/25/2015
In the upcoming patch Puny Human will be updating their player model head meshes for:

  • Ryoku
  • Judgement
  • Pure
  • Phalanx

Any workshop skins created before this patch for the aforementioned characters will need to be updated by the authors in order to function properly with our updated head meshes.

Looked through the files, there is no .FBX for judgement (yet)

Thanks for making the post Sader! Judgement will be changed too, with an updated .fbx file, but he is still being worked on and not ready to be added just yet.

alright, I figured something like that. Will you also be updating the PSDs to go along with the new skins? I would be interested in being able to look at those :3

There were a couple of issues with the fbx files I added yesterday, specifically there was some missing vertex normal information and some masks got mis-aligned. Also materials were not all assigned correctly. Just made an update to fix these problems.

Also, yeah we're planning to have a no-mask option.

I dont think the update got pushed to github, unless you gonna wait until you can push judge out along with everything else.

Do you mean a mostly empty mask or what?

I think they mean the faces will be good enough to actually look at without a mask on (especially Phalanx)

prolly a menu option that is broken for a few months because it was shoehorned in :^)

also what unit should these FBX be imported in?

Aww, yeah, your right. Sorry I'm still getting used to gitHub. I can't do it right now from this computer, but it'll be there tomorrow.

Regarding how maskless will be implemented: technically it would just be another "mask" that you can choose for each character, but it would only have the hair that goes with them and no actual mask covering their face. So for Pure, she still has the ponytail. Vanguard would have her hair braid. Ryoku has a new hair model, Knight has a hair model, and Phalanx will likely be bald.

I figured it would be a mask similar to what EHOT did a while ago.
