So, should we except hammer to be fixed anytime soon?

Hammer crashes for every little thing.
You open the flags tab in an entity? Crash.
You open the models viewer? Crash.
You open the particles viewer? Crash.
You open the textures viewer? Crash.
You have a fair amount of custom stuff in the game folder? Crash.

I have been working with this broken thing for a year and i just can't deal with it anymore, i literaly save the file before doing anything ever, it's so frustrating, sorry for lashing out but i am really demotivated to continue mapping under these conditions now that i am mapping some complicated stuff, it's just counterproductive.

From what i've been told, Hammer has been pretty broken for years.

right now im using sdk 2007 with BS configs like EHOT recommended and its working nice, hasnt crashed a single time

works fine but id rather use BS hammer
