Where is that AWESOME ! Zoom mod gone ?

Hi Fellas,

some GENIUS ! created within the last Year a Zoom Mod (that had no picture) but was just Awesome ! Now its gone, does anybody know if this will return in any way or if the modder has placed it somewhere else ?

i miss that mod a lot because sniping was a beauty with it (comment section was disabled as well .. no picture .. no comment section ... to make it more precise which mod i m talking about )

I noticed that it was suddenly gone today as well. Just disappeared with no warning.

You can get it or Simple Zoom (same mod author) from Nexus.

I think the mod you are looking for is under Bobbert's Advanced Zoom. Look in the files tab and find the Simple Zoom download.

From what I understand, the person who posted this on Steam took the Simple Zoom mod and repackaged it without permission or even attribution to the original author.

The Zoom Mod in question was Better Zoom. It gave a 4x zoom option for the mech. Its now no longer on Steam, so you will have to most likely go thru one of the mod websites to download it and install it in the mod folder. Bobberts Mod gave you an 8x option, but that also seems to be deprecated.

You are 100% correct. Said user reuploaded without permission Bobbert's Simple Zoom from Nexusmods. Dude was so stupid it was still called Simple Zoom within the options and internally. They've ended up getting banned from a lot of places over it, content theft really isn't tolerated.

Better Zoom was a stolen reupload of Simple Zoom. Dude didn't even bother changing the name in the options
