Anyone know how to access debug or console?
Im stuck on a mission its supposed to spawn in a mech Im supposed to kill but it wont this is the third time this tyupe of mission has bugged on me so i was wondering if anyone know of a debug/console area where i can trigger the spawn or move past the mission.

Nothing in the base game. YAML has its own debugging console on F10, but it won't do that.

I get the same bug and looking on the web found that ,that bug has been around a long time, as far back at 2021. Maybe a Modder can create a mod to allow players to use a hot key to complete the mission when that happens

Dude - it'll be a mod issue - not a gane/developer issue

Sounds like you have a mod that is conflicting with something breaking you mission.

Negative, given the problem you highlighted mod conflicts are the logical place to start and implied to start there. You then took it personally as dismissive and got snarky.
I'm no mind reader and I have no idea how many mods you are running or not.
