Both services are a bit limited, which is why most of us are using Nexus Mods and either Vortex or MO2.
But if you want to use direct access to mods, then BethNet can carry quite far. It is, however, mostly aimed at console users, which is why PC section is more limited in it's selection.
I think I need to do re-install.. I tried to install afterwards via vortex after I installed via Bethesdas own system but it got all messed up. They dont seem to work so well together.
I would pretty much stick with one of the other, unless you are wiling to repack mods from BethNet so that they can be easily managed with Vortex.
