Overhaul mods

Hi all, does anybody knows why Steel Faith's overhaul mod is no longer available, except for the Chinese, French and Polish translations (and I'm French) ?
And what are the main differences between Steel Faith's and Radious's overhaul mods ?

I've just seen that Steel Faith's Overhaul has been renamed in SFO:Grimhammer, but I only find the "Battle Only" mod, is there one for the whole campaign ?
