"Cannot open file Content/Shared/Databases/AllowedProjectPaths.rsc. Creating replacement file." error when creating a .gro file

publishing my mod on the steam workshop is also not possible - when I'm trying to publish it, the console outputs another error - "Error publishing workshop item!"


any ideas? Will appreciate any help...
