What happened to Crusader Kings 2.5?

It was a cool mod that enhanced visuals and added more start dates, released a few months ago. I saw it was taken down, was it copy write infringement or simply because the mod was incomplete?

It copied other mod(s) material without permission and without it being required either, as far as i recall.

I believe to recall the author had copied the HIP mod.

I found a mod collection with the same name, but it has no overhaul mod included and i don't t know if it is related to the formerly known CK2 2.5 mod :
