Vasikle's Patrum Scuta for HIP

The Patrum Scuta, completely adapted for HIP. All the credits go to the original creator of the mod, Solo. The mod works stand-alone from the original Patrum Scuta so it can be activated independently. The mod mixes some of the Patrum Scuta coat of arms with the ones from ARKOpack (new dynasies already having a CoA in ARKOpack and also due to a higher divesty of coat of arms mostly for Pagans and Muslims).

The mod as it changes nothing really relating important game script, is 100% save-game compatible (generated Coat of Arms may or may not look weird)



Current Implemented Features:
- Patrum Scuta is 100% compatible with HIP
- Small numbers of new and more accurate Coat of Arms (for ex: Transylvania)

Features planning to add:
- More specific Coat of Arms for Dynasties and new coat of arms for the new Titles in SMWH (people without SMWH shouldn't care about this)
- Adding my own touch (more specific coat of arms, more coat of arms variation)
- Planning to introduce something i will call Immersive Evolutive Heraldry, this will affect not only the graphical side of the game, but also gameplay.
- More fixes and details for the Islamic part of the World.
