Coal Fuel for Steam Engines (addon)

This addon allows to use the coal fuel from "Coal ore & Fuel" mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1896421030 in Peaceman's Steam Engines (both standard from "Steam Engines Mod" https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1552483203 and the advanced from "Advanced Steam Engines" https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1853928768).

IMPORTANT
For universality the Advanced Steam Engines mod is not listed in the dependencies. When using this addon with Advanced Steam Engines make sure that it is loaded before this addon, that is it the "Advanced SteamEngines" mod is above this one in the mod list.

Besides coal also logs (all types) are added as a fuel. Their fuel time is scaled with respect to charcoal following the ratio of their vanilla fuel times and can heat up the engines to only 0.75 of the temperature charcoal and coal do.

Included new coal fuel types (with diverse caloric values and max temperatures). New fuel times and temperatures (with respect to the charcoal):
