Auto-Pause on council task complete

描述
This mod fires a dummy event when certain council tasks complete or are aborted, thereby pausing the game.

Note on compatibility: This mod overwrites task_promote_culture, task_conversion, task_integrate_title and task_increase_control.

Since this mod isn't updated for over a year I uploaded a fixed version and also added the localization some posted here in the comments. I will keep my version up until fodazd fixes his mod.

This mod has a bug that adds a negative control modifier to the raise control task of the marshal. This modifier always equals the marshals base control gain + gain through martial skill. This basically makes the raise control task useless.

It seems like this is because of changes in the 1.12 update. I'm no modder so I don't really understand what was changed and how it affects mods but you can check the most recent comments on the "Houses Traditions" mod, they were talking about something similar there.

I think this mod crashes my game when i'm trying to raid my neighbours. And that it is even right at the beginning of the game when no task can be yet completed.
