CE patch in early development

Adds The Forces of Chaos as an in game faction (similar to vanilla mechaniods) with craftable armours and weapons.

Description

Adds 4 Chaos Marine armour sets, 5 melee weapons and 5 ranged weapons.

Crafting of the weapons and armour requires their respective end game research projects towards the end of the tech tree (Crafting costs/weapon stats may be tweaked as I start work on CE compatibility).

Armours:

- Deathguard
- Emperor's Children
- Thousand Sons
- World Eaters

Ranged Weapons:

- Bolter
- Storm Bolter
- Heavy Bolter

All bolters above are chaos variants and have slightly worse accuracy that the standard variants.

- Inferno Bolter
- Soulreaper Cannon

Melee Weapons:

- Manreaper
- Blissmaker
- Power Kopesh
- Chain Axe
- Falx Blade

Weapon and armour stats aren't final as I intend to tweak them when I get the chance.

Factions

The Forces of Chaos act similar to vanilla Mechanoids in that they are a hidden faction with no settlements that will always be hostile to the player and all other factions.

Chaos Warbands will attack in groups affiliated with a specific Chaos God (e.g. Khorne- Bloodletters & World Eaters). The lesser daemons accompanying the marines are not as deadly, though they are far more numerous. The larger ones can take a lot to put down and pack a punch and the smaller ones can quickly overwhelm less well armoured colonists.

Compatibility

- Save our Ship 2- All power armour is compatible with SoS2 and function as EVA suits.
- Combat Extended- I intend to patch this in later down the line once I am able.

Everytime i try to fabricate a geneseed it crashes the game since it has to place down 100k silver on the ground xD Anyone knows how to fix this?

The armor and the chaos marines as a whole are WAAAY under-powered compared to things like Adeptus Mechanicus's Skitarii. Can get downed from just a single galvanic rifle BRUISE.
