It's possible this mod may still work, but I haven't verified after all the recent game changes.

This mod allows you to reduce the effects from an oversize empire by up to 99%.

You can build up to 99 Memorials to the Infinite Empire.

Each one reduces your empire penalty by 1%.

Each requires 10 Energy and 10 Minerals to maintain.

Updated for 3.8.*. (No change required)
