You can hit subscribe all, just remember to click overwrite my addons for performance.

You should also switch to #64 branch for some addons to work. If you do not know what to do then follow these steps
1: Go to steam library on desktop
2: Right click Garry's mod
3: Go to properties
4: Go to betas
5: Go to the drop down tab, next to beta participation and click x86-64 - Chrominum + 64-bit binaries
