This mod patches re-implements objects in Ideology to use the Adaptive Storage Framework so you can use them as build able storage objects and includes spiffied up versions of their textures made by me in case dilapidated aint your vibe!




Why should I consider using the Adaptive Storage Framework?
The adaptive storage framework uses vanilla systems to make storage work lowering overhead on your game, along side optimizations to the rendering of stored items, and a range of cool features like graphics that update as you store items.

Is this mod compatible with LWM Deep Storage?
Yes. ASF and this mod are perfectly compatible with LWM's Deep Storage. ASF even allows you to choose systems between the two. However, if you continue to use mods dependent on LWM's Deep Storage then I would recommend you look into LWM's Shallow Storage an updated fork that switches port to the vanilla storage fields improving performance.

Is this mod compatible with the X storage mod?
This mod should be compatible with all other storage mods. If one isn't let me know as it's probably a simple fix regarding the defnames that I have been lazy to update to make sure they're unique.

How do I use the other textures in the screenshots?
To reduce storage tab clutter this mod allows you to rotate objects to switch textures. Look for the handy "Rotate to change appearance" notification in the description of the object to know if you can rotate it.


This mod is a patch of items found in the RimWorld Ideology DLC. A portion of the textures are from Mo's Ancient mining Industry and Ancient Hydroponic farm facilities mods. Please support her! I do not claim ownership to these textures. I have also included the Chemfuel tank from Vanilla Factions Expanded - Ancients in the mod and have configured it to allow the storage of Chemfuel and Deepchem. I am not affiliated with the ASF team. I claim no rights to the contents of this mod meaning you are free to modify it and re-upload it as you please. Please just credit the original authors!

For context, this is currently a vanilla rimworld bug effecting all mods. It can be replicated on vanilla shelves if their properties are changed. Its been reported to lundeon and all we can do is await a fix.

This mod quite literally makes objects only available from the ideology DLC usable as storage items. Although the content is fully independent in technicality, the assets are derived from base Rimworld and is listed as a requirement as per their content use policy.

Hello, author. When I use this MOD, I put the warehouse on the spaceship, but when the spaceship goes to the next destination, I find that the warehouse will be dislocated and destroyed. I hope to solve this problem.

PSA: all storage mods using ASF have a soft incompatibility with Odyssey resulting in disappearing storage graphics, give it time to get addressed.

@vin Thanks, I've read the comments but I didn't know that Steam could be late with updating the mods, hence I was confused. The mods you make are very cool the same :)
