Description
Designed for use in my modpack Space Ace's Extreme Hardcore Survival
*modpack not required*

"AceTech Endgame Expansion for Industrial Overhaul is an expansive gameplay addon that brings progression to the next-level"

What does this mod do?
This mod builds upon Industrial Overhaul, bringing 8 more new ores, new tiers of machines, new thrusters, new turret variants, numerous new components, extended progression loop, and gives every vanilla planet & moon it's own unique purpose and characteristics. This is intended to be a high-difficulty mod

*Uses Planets Revised planet visuals
*Has Seams Fixed 2.0 built-in
*Supports AwwScrap
*Not compatible with IO Deep Ores
*Not compatible with other vanilla planet mods
*Does not support Real Solar Systems (yet)
*I recommend starting a new world when installing this mod, however it is not required

Optional Add-On: AceTech Endgame Inclusion
Adds support for a bunch of new fancy Nano-Tier (highest tier) tools, and adds a handful of new weapons

An Energy Weapons Add-On is in the works

New Ores

Quartz: Found only on earth, this rigid material is used in quantum computers and thrust catalysts, and can be made into lenses for laser antennas and scopes

Pollucite (Cesium): Found only on the Moon, this shiny metal quickly turns to liquid in a pressurized environment and is kept in vials. This metal is essential for Ion Catalysts and Full-Spectrum Solar Cells

Ruby: Found only on Mars, it's red vibrancy allows for very strong laser lenses. Used in laser weapons and numerous laser machines

Sapphire: Found only on Europa, this bright blue rock is surprisingly hard, and makes for a good drill bit. Can also be used in ship welding applications and some machines

Potash (Potassium): Found only on Alien, this highly volatile metal is essential for next-generation Reactors. Used in Potassium Cores and Electron Matrix cells

Diamond: Found only on Titan, their extreme hardness makes them the best drill bit that exists. Can also be made into strong lenses used in numerous applications

Topaz: Found only on Pertam, this material is particularly resistant to high heat. Makes Topaz Sheets, which are used in reactors and high-heat assembly processes

Garnet: Found only on Triton, this pinkish gemstone is more precise, but less strong than Ruby. Used in Electron Matrix cells and some precision machines

Changes can be found here in greater detail, including ore spawn locations, atmosphere changes, and new blocks. Steam wouldn't let me fit it on this page

Updated today to v1.1. See the steam changelog for details

Looks like it might be an issue with my machine connecting to a network game. Moved the save to local and all is fine. More investigation to perform.

@Wolfe is it preventing you from joining the server? Mods with planet changes love to throw fake cloudlayer errors. If you are still able to join, that error can be completely ignored

Getting an error with the mod when trying to connect to a server.

2025-06-10 14:09:27.266 - Thread: 9 -> Error while loading texture: Z:\var\mnt\GamesNVMe\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850\3427845884\textures\models\environment\sky\landsky_texture_cm.dds, exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

The file in question keeps downloading as a 140 byte file which seems out of proportion with the other 10MiB or larger DDS files in this directory. I've tried un subbing and re-downloading everything again but still keep ending up with the 140 byte file.

I appreciate just being acknowledged. I hope your vacation goes splendidly and thank you for your time!

@Mionikoi I'm not sure but it may be doable. I wasn't even aware that mod existed until you just brought it up. I can look into it once I'm back from vacation, but I cant promise anything on that
Mionikoi 26 May @ 10:32am
Is there a way to make this compatible with 'Better Stones'?
Space Ace  [author] 20 May @ 6:41am
@SilentReaper. You have to reach space and mine it from asteroids for your first bits. It isnt realistic, but it is intentional.
SilentReaper 19 May @ 11:46pm
So what's the deal with Lithium? Can't make decent batteries until you get to Mars? Was that intentional?
Space Ace  [author] 17 May @ 1:16pm
@Krampusz123 my original concept had them with a sort of teal color, but I found them to be very similar to the ion flames, whether they were teal or blue. Perhaps I could add a bit more of a blue tinge to the existing color to make them a bit more realistic.

The idea is that the nanobots interact with the combustion, and as a result, bits of them are burned up in the process resulting in the unusual color, and since the nanobots can self-heal it doesn't damage the system at all.
