Description
Mod designed to give everyone more or less equal opportunities at the mid/end of the game


  • Removed all unit replenish bonuses - replaced by movement bonus
  • Late military technologies - increases upkeep and unit costs
  • Some technologies gives +10 modernization bonus. It is designed not for player, but for AI. After 50 hour in MoS mod I realized 50-70 of AI clans stuck on 2 tier level. This hack should help reach 3 tech ties, as a minimum.
  • Removed success bonus for Agent. Trying to reduce AI agent spam in late game
  • Building copper and iron ships requires learning the technology of building copper and iron ships respectively.
    Not the technology of industrialization

Added dependencies to all submods, as all these submods are tested together and adjusted to each other. You can only get the full vision by using them together.

The goal of these submods is to make FOTS a global strategy, as far as the game allows. So that even in the middle of the game it would be interesting to play. To make the strategic campaign mean something too.
