You need to subscribe both mods.

Overview

Choose laws for released subjects, e.g.:
Releasing a subject that has extraction economy.
The requirements for the chosen laws must be met, e.g.:
Overlord must research colonization to release a subject that has extraction economy.
Overlord can't have more backward laws, e.g.:
If overlord has serfdom, it can't release a subject that has tenant farmer.
If two chosen laws can't co-exist, only one of them or a similar law will be used, e.g.:
autocracy + parliamentary republic -> autocracy + overlord's law / presidential republic
