Respawn Pod Fix for Proper Solar System

Description
Now with Proper Solar System GPS data pads in each cockpit!

What is this?

This mod is designed for use with Proper Solar System.

This mod does the following:
  • Fixes a number of spawning issues that occur with the PSS map because of some unknown issue with the SSP planets. (See list below).
  • Adds four asteroid belt spawns to Proper Solar System. They are named Capricorn, Aries, Cancer and Libra (named for the zodiacal cardinal signs, although I do not know if they are set "properly"). They are 90 degrees apart from one another, aligned with the X or Z axes, at a distance of 48,000 km from Sol. Players will spawn in a regular space respawn pod classified as a Rockhopper (as a nod to The Expanse), at a random location 10-100 km from the actual, unmarked points.
  • Adds Rockhopper spawns to the Greek and Trojan camps of the asteroid clusters at Jupiter's L4 and L5 points. Players will spawn anywhere from 50-400 km from the bodies that represent Hektor or Patroclus, the largest objects in either cluster. Because these spawn zones are so large, there may be a pause while the game attempts to find a valid location. It will only try 100 times, so just be patient. It won't take long.
  • Adds Rockhopper spawns to the Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune Areas of Operation (AO). These ships will still be moving at over 1 km/s upon spawn, but will begin slowing down immediately on their own. Your supplies are limited, however
  • Every respawn pod will have food and drink onboard from the Eat, Drink, Sleep, Repeat! or EDSR Advanced! mods (as I personally use the latter on every save). I'm not listing them as a dependency as they are not strictly required to use the mod. If you do not have the mods installed you will not see any food or water, but you may see the vanilla Clang Kola or Cosmic Coffee.
  • Converts all PSS planetside respawn pods to rovers, except for those on Earth. In vanilla the Earthlike, Alien, Pertam and Triton planets will use drop pods, while Mars, Titan, Europa and Moon will use rovers.

This mod corrects the following respawn issues:
Note that these solutions are unique to PSS, but the mod could potentially be used on any save that uses vanilla planets or those from Infinite's four Solar System Packs. The Rockhopper spawns will work in a vanilla environment but they will still spawn at the PSS coordinates, which will be remote (to say the least, since they are 100,000 km above the plane of the map).
  • Spawning on [SSP] Titan would result in your drop pod's parachute disappearing. This is no longer an issue, as the moon pod is used.
  • Spawning on Venus results in a destroyed parachute and usually the near complete destruction of your drop pod. This mod removes Venus as a valid spawn option. The planet is completely inhospitable IRL. Players can still attempt to land on it if they like, but they cannot spawn there without infrastructure. After the survival update, hope to be able to make the planet truly inhospitable through environmental factors, making it an actual engineering challenge. We just need to let Keen cook for a while.
  • Io and Mars do not show up in the spawn list at all. Reason unknown. This mod adds special respawn definitions that allow spawning at these locations.
  • This mod intentionally limits Mars rover spawns to the southern hemisphere of the planet. In order to minimize the voxel-v-grid floating point math errors inherent in Space Engineers' current engine, I've placed the rocky worlds as close as possible to the 0,0,0 origin point of the planet, with the most likely planets getting the prime central real estate. As such, the stationary blue voxel mesh of Earth will appear prominently in the northern sky on Mars. Limiting fresh spawns to the southern hemisphere will make this problem less immersion breaking when the player is on foot setting up their initial infrastructure. In Mars' southern hemisphere, the proxy version of Earth can still be seen, but it is generally smaller and moves across the sky along with the other planets. Earth spawns will be able to see a stationary Mars from its southern hemisphere, but it is a much smaller planet and the red color can almost be written off as a star.
  • Ganymede did not show up on the spawn list at all, at least in prior versions of PSS. It works now.

Alternate version:
SPECIAL VERSION FOR Eat.Drink.Sleep.Repeat.Advanced!

Future plans:
  • Add GPS data pads to the cockpits.
  • Add water spawns to Earth.
  • Add a new, currently untested option (don't worry, it won't be added until it works) to some planets to make for a compelling and interesting starting scenario.
  • Add emergency escape pod crash landing as an option to spawn on Venus, if the 1.207 Survival Update can be used to make it a compelling challenge.
