Bs UNIVERSITY DORM 01 by HGscMENTOR

While in the process of preparing my Riverdance GameSave to be Shared to the Workshop, I've created a University (Bs University) and two dormitories for Cims to live in while attending Bs University. This is one of them. If you like it, please RATE UP, FAVORITE, and SHARE this with friends/family.

This building is Dormitory 01.

They were all three created with light blue as their signature color, so they fit together very nicely as a complex.

I will try to update this with the properties of the dorms sometime in the future if I have time - but no promises. If you subscribe to this asset, you can always Load it out of Asset Editor to get that info if you need it.

My thanks to Mr. Maison for the many trees he created that can be found giving these three buildings a warmer feel. All three buildings would be very cold and unwelcoming without the results obtained by the use of his wonderful assets.

Also, thanks to my mentor, Populous, who taught me how to create buildings like these. Now I no longer have to "borrow" a modder's building and tweek it's properties to fit my needs. I can make my own from scratch - ever so much more fun.

That said, if anyone wishes to subscribe to my University, and it's Dormitories, and then change anything in it to serve their needs, know that I'm fine with that. Take it, use it as a "jump-start" for your own fantasy, enjoy it. I have my original of it and you may feel free to "play" with your copy, with my blessings, in any way you like. If you should decide to share your version to Workshop, though, I'd very much appreciate a link on your version to my version, and an acknowledgement that you started with mine as a base. Other than that, feel free to "enjoy".
