Just had two small playthroughs where I ran into a couple of issues.

The first was as a hellenic mage where I counted on the conversion spell to, well, convert. For some reason, using it just removes the piety, and nothing else happens.

The second playthrough was as a dragon. I used ruler designer to make my lord. The problem here was, that every dragon other than myself missed the dragon trait. This included both the initial courtiers as well as the invited ones. Dragons without the dragon trait are pretty much just normal humans with a reskin.

Nevertheless, thank you for your good work. I really look forward to the upcoming changes to the mod. I have always been a huge fan of fantasy elements in CK2, and I see a lot of potential here :)

Yes, unfortunately this was the intended behavior. Just make sure that your dragon has the draconic appearence, and the draconic culture. These are the core features for a dragon. The additional ones are the draconic religion and the dragon trait.

I would imagine the dragons in a totally different way: fewer, without special retinues, possibly pagan opinion +20, far more powerful, rich, without any interest to conquer the world and put their immortality at risk, with up to one possible mate in the whole world.

You may need to activate the original Mythos.

There has been a report, initially raised by Modernwhofan, that the predefined characters start landless, and thus the games goes to "Game Over", on day 1. I was finally able to partly reproduce this bug. I believe this is due to some mod description files conflict.

What I suggest is to clean up your mod directory from any Mythos related files or directories, and install them again.I refer to both original Mythos and this very mod. Everything that reminds them should be deleted. With a fresh download of Mythos and this mod, the problem should disappear.

I came to this conclusion when I was testing the 0.13 version of this mod. I had leftover files from the creation proccess, and they caused me the same problem. Once I deleted them, it run as expected.

I initially noticed an issue on the era selection screen, where I had to choose between both the original 867 A.D. starting point, and the Mythos 867 A.D. starting point, among others. With Mythos and this mod on, the original 867 A.D. starting point should not come up on your screen.

It's exactly as you describe. The two 867 start-dates, the game-over... Unfortunately, cleaning up my mod directory didn't help. Initially, it even caused a CTD before the game even started, and when I got it working again, I still got landless characters.
I know you said to go here for more detailed responses, but there's really not much more detail I can go into. I've completely wiped everything mentioning "Mythos" from the files, re-installed using Steam Workshop, wiped it again, and re-installed using dropbox. For both mods. I've even tried it turning off the India extension. I could say more, but it would largely be repitition at this point.

The CKII+ India part is irrelevant. It has additional content and it is dependent directly to the core CKII+. I examined its files few days ago.

I have refreshed the Direct Download Link on the description. It now contains exacly the files I use for development. I hope this will solve your problem.

Do you use any other mod that is related to religion? I have worked a lot with religions and their icons, and I have spotted many places on the code that things can go wrong, spread out to different places.
Do you have any other mod in general? Note that after binding your game with CKII+, you should only use CKII+ compatible mods, otherwise there may be conficts.
Do you have religions with no icons, and if so, which ones?

You can also try the refreshed Direct Download Link, as I indicated to Modernwhofan above.

I use only Ck2+ and the CK2+india, Mythos and Mythos for CK2+. All the CK2+ Icons are not showing up, but I dont have this problem with Ck2+ whitout mythos.
I use the newest version of CK2+ , could it be the problem? if yes, which version do I need for it to be compatible, and were can I download it?

I resolved the problem by reinstalling Mythos for ck2+, it seems like there was an installation error

I had a similar issue in development, where the Chalchedonian religious symbol didn't show up. The reason was that the CKII+ religious symbols were overriden by the Mythos religious symbols. The Mythos religious symbols were fewer (52 if I remember correctly). So when it fetched the Chalchedonian religious symbol which was the icon number 75 it retrieved a blank spot. The religion for the charachter I examined was correct, nevertheless the symbol was blank.

The religious symbols that this mod uses are located within the folder gfx/interface, as png images. They need to be 3 strips, of different sizes, representing the same religions.

The newest CKII+ v4.06.4 is just fine. This is the version I run too. I just added a link on the mod description.

Are you on Windows or Mac?

Have you tried the Direct Download Link?

Is this the only problem you have?

Sorry for bothering you today so much, but I think I found a new bug, when I ask someone if he wants to turn to a vampire, he nothing happens, no window opens, no event fires, like I would never have selected the option.

Yes, you are right, unfortunately... The events at Mythos are f@cked up, and this is not a Mythos problem, but a CK2 problem. All the Mythos events from number 40 to the end do not work. The event that turns people is #80.

Don't hesitate to post any bug you find.

I am still working on it. I have seen other people at Paradox fora having similar problems. It must be something like a bug, really rare, on the original program side.
