Sure, can you please try the dropbox link on the introduction page?

If you would be so kind as to make a version that works without CK2+ I would be thankful

Well, this is something that you need to ask from the Mythos creators. They are responsible in doing so, unfortunately. And I say "unfortunately" because they have abandoned their project. I personally find CKII+ far better than the original game, I developed this mod for myself, and I thought of sharing it.
Moreover, I wouldn't like to take over their work. I prefer to have them as a reference and build on what they have created.

You actually have to have the direct download ONLY on the paradox fourms, though its fine to link to the fourm thread here; paradox actually requires this and does not allow direct downloads and while they are lenient about it, they do enforce it. Their reasoning behind it is because pirates can download mods from the workshop via direct download links, but they can't download from the fourms without a legit CK2 key.

While this isn't exactly a pressing issue, since this mod is 2nd most popular on the workshop currently, it would be wise to sort it out before a moderator actually notices it. Cheers. :shcflag:

Thank you very much for that! I was completely unaware about this issue. I will upload it to the Paradox fora then.

Could you please replace the ship modell used for norse cultures with the on from the vanilla game, it is using the generic ship modell, I know that this is because of the ck2+ mod, but it would make the game much better for me and everyone playing as a nirse character.

Unofortunately no...
  1. It would be too much for me to enter the CKII+ mechanics
  2. This would be totally outside the scope of this mod

You can as the CKII+ guys instead.

While playing the original mythos i noticed that in longer games playing as a vampire the ai could get kind of wild turning other ai into vampires. I thought it be interesting to make a set of laws for vampire chararters that would restrict any of there vassles /vampire underlings from making new vampires with out asking via a event ( kind of like when they ask for a title). This could triger when they have no heir or from a combo of traits, stuff that be fun to rp around. Maybe there is a chance they will do it anyway if they dont like you. That could possibly be a imprisonable offence, or cause a blood line split if they get a way. I think somthing like this would be a fun way to have rival Vampire characters emerge organiclly over time on any given play through. Thoughts?

Looking at how these events are constructed, under the hood, I came up to similar thoughts. To synopsise what is going on, the AI (or the Player) may ask other lords to become Vampires. They may accept, or they may refuse, depending primarely on how much they like the Vampire. If they refuse, then there is no penalty for the Vampire (i.e. -20 for 5 years stacked with -10 for 10 years), so another offer is possible. This may lead the AI (or even the Player) convert like crazy. The problem for me is that with the refusal no opinion malus is introduced. This is where I would focus my efforts. And to go a bit further, the AI should focus only to characters who have a good opinion for the Vampire (i.e. over +10).

What do you think?

Could you please implement some way to controll the religion of vampires in your kingdom, I want to play as a nordic vampire, but all my vampire vassals turn to the satanistic religion, I tryed to convert them back, but 1 minute later they swich again to satanistic.

I found what the issue is. All the vampires have a personal decision to convert themselves to satanists, at the expence of 300 prestige. The AI is highly likely to take this decision. You may have this decision too, on your Intrigue window. You may not use it, but it is there. This behavior was intended by the Mythos creators, and to be honest I hesitate to change it. Can you think of any other options?

Maybe you could put in a action where you can ask your vassle to practice religion in secret, like the player can. This way you and your vassles could hide until you were strong enough to be satanist in the open. Should make good for some rp moments.
Another idea, more of a easy fix i would think is to put a 5 or 10 year restiction on the "convert to santanist" option for the ai. so they might turn again but at least they could not spam it.

That sounds like it would slow it down a bit, Im thinking the opinion for the vampire should be around 70+ though for a good chance at turning. on the same lines it might be interesting to put in a modifier that looks at the targets age, lets say they are over 60 or so and close to death, they might be more likely to say yes to eternal life.

It would also be an option to make it obligatorie to be cristian, because there is no logic for a non cristian to convert to a religion that could not even exist in their religion. for example the germanic/nordic religion have another way to see helheim (what the cristians call hell), wich was nothing bad, unlike in the cristian belive.

But the reason why it was annoying to convert, was because I wanted to play a game with old religions only, there were no christian religions on the map untill my vassals converted. I tryed to ignore it, but it has driven my main character mad (thanks to herersy), and made him possesed afterwards.

Later they converted another king, and the religion spreeded over all the region, destroying my game complety (at least the game I wanted to play) and forcing me to start again.

The solutions I would sugest:
-Make it only possible for christians to convert
-Implement a 10 years timer for the option
