AdvPurifier parity
This is a rather sidetracked question on how to adjust firaxis code to offer their stupid purifier some sort of chance to be useful and match its equipent basedamage, range and width to this mod's. Maybe we just cannot. I'm asking if you know.

I've been trying to match the advpurifier MK1/2/3 to what our neat new flamthrowers by this mod do... but am struggling with the code... and need help. Sorry about the entended question:

1. In the file "defaultgamedata_soldierskills.ini" I found something interesting and related: 
ADVPURIFIER_FLAMETHROWER_FIRECHANCE_LVL1=0.0
ADVPURIFIER_FLAMETHROWER_FIRECHANCE_LVL2=0.5
ADVPURIFIER_FLAMETHROWER_FIRECHANCE_LVL3=0.25
.... if these are the chances advflathrower will fire, why is it lower for the highest tier? Should it not be something lile 0.75? Did anyone else noticed that supid fellow in the battlefield running around not doing s*? Maybe this is the reason? Anyone could confirm this, please?

2. In the file "defaultgamedata_weapondata.ini" I found "ADVPURIFIER_FLAMETHROWER_BASEDAMAGE=..." and "ADVPURIFIER_FLAMETHROWERMP_BASEDAMAGE=" - what's the difference" Thing is I'm trying to assign 3/5/7 basedamage to match ours, and ideally likewise tweak the range to 8/8/9, but I cannot seem to find a suitable place to fit those stats anywhere in the .ini files (config folder).

Yes, it's sort of a sidetracked question, but still into this mod scope of works.... also, don't you feel like cheating if you cannot offer a similar "base chance" to the AI? Please help? Anyone"

Sorry, I'm not too sure how the purifier's flame thrower works. I based this one off of the multiplayer one (because that's the one you can actually use) which is probably why it works the way it does. Fire chance is the change to cause the burning status and that applies to the ability. The difference between base damages are that the MP one is the multiplayer version where you can actually play as purifiers. I've never edited units before, not sure if that would have something to do with it and I'm not the strongest coder. Maybe try the XCOM Modding Reddit? That's where I go when I need help figuring something out. :)
