Somehow, Palpatine returned?
Good day gentlemen,
As the Pentastar I reached an influence score of 61%, integrated two factions and got Palpatine's genocidal video announcement. I waited like three or four cycles but the old fella didn't show up. It's 3 a.m. this side of the ocean so I cannot wait any longer as I have a job.
How long have I to wait before getting the old c*nt ? Or is it some sort of bug?

You have to research dark empire in the government options tab(where you also find legitimacy rewards.)
