Mon Mothma Star Destroyer quest?
Trying to figure out how exactly to get Viqi Shesh to become head of state to unlock the Mon Mothma. I don't see her listed as one of the options to support for head of state, so I'm not sure what I need to do in order to get her there.

Viqi Shesh only appears as an option on Kuat.
You need to control that planet and use the political choices there,

She is also year locked to 12 ABY
