Hi. How can I edit the mod so that the empire can build for example a vengeance as well right from beginning.

\steamapps\workshop\content\32470\1125571106\Data\XML\Units Look for unit_capitals, and change tech to 0, Initial buldiable to yes, and add Empire to politac affilation and requirad structures, if the are not already there
