How do you change hanger units?

For example I want to change the E Wings deployed from the Nebula Star Destroyer to X Wings. I tried editing the Nebula in the Units_Capitals.xml file but there's no change in game and i'm not sure whats wrong.

You need do edit the following file: Data\Scripts\Library\eawx-mod-icw\gameobjects\NEBULA.lua

there you change the E-Wing to X-wing...
["E-WING_SQUADRON"] = {
HOSTILE = {Initial = 1, Reserve = 1},
REBEL = {Initial = 1, Reserve = 1},
INDEPENDENT_FORCES = {Initial = 1, Reserve = 1}
