Empire Reborn
Will the Empire reborn ever be a thing? Seems like they have a clear geographic placing, leadership, military and economic heroes. Even some specific troops.

It's very unlikely that there will be generic imperial faction number 6 in the mod, because the amount of ways to make all imperial factions unique and fun is limited.

Thats a good point of course. Maybe some of the heroes could be a future legitimacy group.
