Problem with infrastructure rating
Hello, i would like to ask for an advise on how to best rise infrastructure rating, because currently im struggling with rating below zero. At the moment i have a large empiro of over 50 planets and it became really difficult to keep my rating above 0.

Fill any empty build slots you might have, which does include any space slots you haven't filled or upgraded (defensive, secondary defensive and eco).

If you expand too fast and don't build up, your infrastructure rating will tank hard.
