Constructive Criticism

It's a nice skin, but in an opinion based environment, there's always room for improvement! Do with my suggestions as you will, I hope any part of it is helpful to your goals.

I think it has already been accepted, but isn't in the game yet. The current tennogen round is taking a while to arrive, likely due to DE's short holiday break.

Someone hasn't been paying attention to streams :P (it was shown)

It's never too late for a critique. It might have gotten accepted, but it doesn't mean it's perfect. Most of the stuff DE makes is pretty silly looking, more so than a lot of the user created stuff.

it is a little late if they've already made most of the model... I think that's the definition of late, "after it no longer matters?"

The pictures here are outdated and it wouldn't look like that. I totally agree with the 2 points you mentionned but they already have been solved.

The headset parts are now connected and for the energy pigtails, they look weird in the preview because I don't have access to the game engine, but they look much better with the shaders added later.
You can check the result on prime time #190, where they shown the accepted submission for round 11.

I must say though, the hair is a bit too much. I can imagine how it will got stuck everywhere and looks messy because of warframe's physics, slight performance issue because too much to render or calculate, clipping with syandanas, etc. Although it looks awesome as hell, maybe tone down the idea a little bit. Something like Nezha's ribbon might solve it. Hope this will appear in the next TennoGen

You have to consider that the hair is energy, and energy, in the game, doesn't have collision. It won't be like Trinity Primes dangly jump rope that gets stuck all over, but will flow freely and always come back to a rest at it's original position. There's a few energy Syandana you can look at, for reference of this behaviour.

Edit: ALSO, this was already accepted, long ago. You might have known, had you read previous comments, and checked out the link to the Prime Time video that was linked.

You're applying logic to a game abotu space ninjas that used weaponized music to become invisible and undetectable.

The game still has its own logic. Please read the comments before posting.
