drones running off when told to dock
title pretty much says it. the drones I'm trying to dock are based off of this design https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=348239822
and my carrier/command looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/wYGFO2v.jpg

both the drone(s) and docking point are counted in the remote control and I can move the drone places with no problem, but as soon as I tell it to dock, it goes off into space and never stops.

I figured it out after a few hours. the tutorial video says to initiate your drones only after your docking points are made - I didn't realize this also applies to the fleet control having to be built after the docks

I did it correctly but i also still have this problem. Is there some other reason for them doing this

Same issue here, two drones fly off when told to Dock, bult command ship and connected it first to the modules, then made carried and drones. When drones ordered to dock with carrier even when right next to it they fly off forever into space away from the carrier
