Few issues and appreciation
Greetings, I got this running with multiple other
mutators successfully on my dedicated server.
Me and my buddies enjoyed two matches together, but I noticed few faulty things.

The global modifiers for zeds health inside KFNightmare.ini are not working.
I'm not sure about sprint chance, but zeds health is always the same once changed and
that is solo player worth of HP.

It seems the only working difficulty scaler based
on amount of players is total amount of zeds
in a wave. Zeds health amount is always 1 player worth, even in full six players party.
That makes especially Scrakes, Fleshpounds and Boss trivial to kill.

I tried to disable all my other mods and mutators on my server and left only Infernal
Nightmare enabled to see if that fixes those problems as there could've
been a potentional conflict. Still the same faulty results.

Could you please support/fix the online difficulty scalers to function at least
like in unmodded gameplay? It would make this difficulty properly enjoyable in coop.
