Edit. Ok I just changed +PROTECTIONPROTOCOL_DURATION = 4 on the XComTankClassWOTC.ini file and now it does stay for 2 half turns (attack and defense). Forgot to mention I'm playing on LWOTC maybe for some reason it got divided by 2.
