invisible AlienArmor Torso.
how do I fix this invisible torso in my alienarmor?

In the short term: use Unrestricted Customizations (link) to manually add the torso.

I think I will be making the buildable armors the same as the armor you normally get, but it will work only after you start a new campaign, most likely.

you mean no more Clone Alien Rulers? just buildable alienarmors or repeatable alienarmor?...

Nah, actually I just fixed the xcomcontent.ini, the bugged torsos should be fixed
